Citrix Service Provider Program
Maximize how to deliver Citrix solutions to your customers
The Citrix Service Provider Program enables service providers to deliver Citrix virtualization solutions, including hosted apps and desktops, to end customers on a rental, subscription or services basis with no upfront commitments or minimum fees. CSP partners in the program utilize Citrix industry-leading virtualization products to deliver their hosted offering with the best performance, highest security, and lowest cost. The program is designed with CSPs business goals in mind: simplicity, maximum flexibility, and no up-front license fee commitments. CSPs simply submit monthly usage reports and are invoiced accordingly.
Answer “Yes” to some or all of the following questions and the Citrix Service Provider program may be a great fit for your business!
- Do you provide software services and hosted apps on a rental, subscription or services basis?
- Are you a hosting provider, an ASP, a SI or an ISV that provides software as a service?
- Is one of your primary objectives to avoid up-front license fees and minimum commitments?
- Is your goal to maximize the number of end-users served from the same underlying software?
- Will your customers accept not owning the software or having it located at their site?

- Approval from Citrix to participate in the CSP program (obtained through your CSP Distributor)

Members of the Citrix Service Provider program can take advantage of the Citrix Service Provider Program Tool Kit. This Tool Kit provides services provider partners with the tools and resources necessary to build a successful virtualization infrastructure, train staff and sell Citrix solutions as part of a hosted service offering to customers.
