Our business, property and affairs are managed under the direction of our Board of Directors. Members of our Board are kept informed of our business through discussions with our Chairman of the Board and our Chief Executive Officer and other officers, by reviewing materials provided to them, by visiting our offices and by participating in meetings of the Board and its committees. Education of our Board of Directors is of paramount importance to us. Members of our Board regularly attend ISS-accredited director education programs. The Board of Directors met fourteen times during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007. Each of the directors attended at least 75% of the aggregate of the total number of meetings of the Board of Directors and the total number of meeting of all committees of the Board of Directors on which they served during fiscal 2007.
